Terms and Conditions for TajirTalk

Using the service

You must provide accurate account and organization information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for the stores, WhatsApp accounts, website widgets, content, policies, products, orders, carts, customer messages, and integrations you connect to the service.

Merchant compliance

You are responsible for required notices, customer consent, marketing permissions, opt-out handling, commerce-platform rules, WhatsApp rules, and any laws that apply to your store and customers.

Do not use the service to send spam, misleading messages, unlawful content, sensitive regulated advice, or messages to people you are not allowed to contact.

AI outputs and human review

AI-generated replies, product suggestions, summaries, and automation decisions may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for configuring guardrails, reviewing sensitive conversations, and using human handoff where needed.

The service is designed to assist customer support and sales workflows. It should not be used as the only review layer for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or high-risk decisions.

Integrations and availability

The service depends on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp providers, Salla, Zid, Shopify, payment providers, email providers, hosting, databases, analytics, support tools, and AI providers. Their outages, API changes, scope changes, or account restrictions may affect service behavior.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.

Billing

Paid plans, marketplace subscriptions, usage limits, module access, renewals, trials, cancellations, and refunds are controlled by the billing or marketplace channel used for your account.

You are responsible for taxes, fees, and maintaining a valid payment or marketplace subscription where required.

Data and privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Do not upload, sync, or process data through the service unless you have the required rights and permissions.

You remain responsible for the content and customer data you provide or connect. We may process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, resell access without permission, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
